This month: Two candidates were disqualified for using AI on interviews to pretend they had experience. I also received 10's of resume submissions from candidates apparently using the method, shown below, for writing their resume. They appeared to have no depth of knowledge when questioned. I am receiving more and more resumes which appear to have been generated using ChatGPT prompts something like the one shown below.
While this can attract attention from ATS systems, and something can be learned, it is fabricated information and candidates end up hurting their careers by doing this.

5. My company was a IT Consultancy and Managed IT Service Provider.6. The main title of my company was IT Department.
7. I had worked in office environments including, Small Start-up, Mid-Size Trading Floors and Banking Back Office, to Large Size Private Finance Management office, also in Offshore Trading Branches.
Result:
Worked at a Managed Services Provider (MSP) company collaborating in a team environment of 20 members, reporting to a Project Manager on group projects while independently managing other assignments directly under the CEO's supervision. My client portfolio spanned a range of businesses, including offshore training companies, private finance management firms, mid-sized trading and banking institutions, and small startups, with employee counts ranging from 10 to 500.
